The New Gospel Connection

THE FOLLOWING ARE BASIC RULES FOR ANY AND ALL CONTEST BROADCAST AND/OR LIKENESS ON THE NEW GOSPEL CONNECTION. EACH CONTEST AND/OR LIKENESS MAY HAVE ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES. 

The New Gospel Connection reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service without advance notice by posting revised Terms. A current version of these Terms of Service will always be available at this location.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE NEW GOSPEL CONNECTION. YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE NEW GOSPEL CONNECTION CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE THEN IN EFFECT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE NEW GOSPEL CONNECTION, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE NEW GOSPEL CONNECTION.

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States. Any representative of The New Gospel Connection, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Sponsor, their respective parent companies, the prize providers, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate.

• Rules is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Void in APO/FPOs, PR & where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

• Sponsor and The New Gospel Connection reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor and The New Gospel Connection reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate.

• Only one qualifier or winner per family within a 30 day period.

• Winners, participants and artists may be required to sign a release, and all agree to allow The New Gospel Connection to use their name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls, emails, video, CD, promotional material and/or likeness coming in to The New Gospel Connection maybe taped and may be aired on The New Gospel Connection without further approval.

• The New Gospel Connection is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone, computer or mailing which either inhibit or increase the chances of winning a contest, video or commercial. In the event of lost or stolen material, the contract or verbal agreement is non-in void. The New Gospel Connection cannot award or honor duplicate prized to all parties in a "tie" situation. In case of telephone, computer or mailing malfunctions, the decision of The Gospel Connection will be final.

• Due to Internet delays beyond our control, what you may have read on The New Gospel Connection Online may be delayed at times. These delays may cause you difficulty in participating in on-air contests and/or material given. Also, online updated delays may vary depending on your Internet connection.

• Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes will be mailed. The New Gospel Connection is not responsible for any delays in receipt of prizes caused by the mail system.

• Prizes are non-transferable, except for concert tickets which are placed at will-call. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.

• Emails will not be distributed to outside agencies.

• The New Gospel Connection reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner.

• A 1099 MISC form will be completed and filed with the Internal Revenue Service for each winner who over the course of the calendar year has won prizes with a total value of $600 or more. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The New Gospel Connection may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. The New Gospel Connection will not be responsible, or be held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond The New Gospel Connection control.

• With respect to any disputes regarding contests, material and/or likeness the decision of The New Gospel Connection will be final.

• The New Gospel Connection, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any The New Gospel Connection contest or prize awarded in a contest.

• All contest, material and/or likeness sent to The New Gospel Connection entries become the property of The New Gospel Connection. The New Gospel Connection may withhold any or all contest entry, materials and/or likeness for any reason, deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.

• Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.

• Unless other wise all video, materials and/or likeness must be original material.  The New Gospel Connection will not be responsible, or be held liable for infringement or copy writing material.

• The New Gospel Connection provides an opportunity for viewers, users to exchange information, ideas and opinions, including but not limited to through the use of email, chat, instant messaging,and other services provided by The New Gospel Connection for a service.
  

• The information, advice (such as legal and financial advice), ideas and opinions appearing on The New gospel Connection television programming, web site and/or likeness do not necessarily reflect the views of The New Gospel Connection.
  

• The New Gospel Connection does not assume responsibility or accept liability for the content, accuracy, truthfulness or reliability of information, advice, ideas and opinions appearing on The New Gospel Connection, or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from the dissemination or use of any information, advice, ideas and opinions appearing on The New Gospel Connection. 

• You assume full responsibility and you assume all risk for the use of The New Gospel Connection, and you are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all services, products, communications, and/or likeness.
  

• All communications between users are at the user's sole control and risk.  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, shall be subject to this Agreement.
  

• Any misuse of communication, nudity and/or likeness will resort of removal.  The New Gospel Connection will not be responsible, or be held liable for your actions. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that The New Gospel Connection assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications, personal home pages or personalization settings.
